A building that is 160 square feet does not require a permit. Anything bigger than 160 sqft requires a permit from your municipality.
Every Municipality also may have their own criteria that must be met to obtain a permit. We are happy to assist with the permit process.
Engineered drawings of the shed can be provided for an additional fee.
